Meals

Breakfast:
To enjoy our breakfast buffet, you can start any time between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Lunch:
Between 1 pm and 3 pm our staff is not available to offer service to our guests.
Therefore we don't  serve lunches in the hotel, apart from service to larger groups upon reservation.
We can however, prepare a beautiful take-away lunch for your picnic (€12 p.p.) during your hike. 
For us to prepare it in the morning, you need to order it the evening before.

Dinner:
Upon reservation our cook Guy Luystermans prepares for you wonderful ​daily changing menus, composed of creative dishes with regional products.
The actual menus you can find following this link (in french only). You can choose for a 1- to 4- course dinner.
Please inform us with your reservation about ingredients that he should avoid, e.g. for reason of an allergy.

Before dinner you can enjoy a drink at the fire place or at the terrace. To allow smooth logistics in our small kitchen, we invite you to dinner at around 19.30hr.
This way, our cook can prepare at a reasonable cost a special menu, e.g. with dishes that need a long preparation time. During the season Guy includes dishes with game meat.
In case there are ingredients he shouldn't serve, e.g. because of an allergy, please inform us at the time of reservation.
Guy makes a proposition ​of an aperitif, wine selected to match the dishes, and coffé or tea, of an attractive "forfait".

All meals are served in one of the stylish rooms of La Maison de Maître.
